Class Description
This reflective book club and art workshop combination invites teens to explore choice, possibility, and self-discovery through "The Midnight Library" by Matt Haig. Through guided conversation and a thoughtful creative project, participants reflect on the many paths a life can take — and the value of the one they are living. The session concludes with a calm, studio-style art experience where students create a visual response inspired by the book’s themes. The focus is on curiosity, self-expression, and process rather than perfection, offering teens a meaningful and creative pause from everyday pressures. Participants are required to read the book before the meetup. PS: Draw inspiration from the book and dress up if you are feeling too enthusiastic or dress casually. Come for an afternoon of mindful relaxation with an engaging discussion and leave enriched with your own artwork to take home. Tea and light refreshments will be served (included in admission). Bring a friend and get $5 off on each booking.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for participant cancellations. All booking fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance to reschedule or transfer your payment to another class, camp, or workshop, subject to availability. A minimum of 3 participants is required for a class or workshop to be held. A class may be cancelled if the minimum enrollment is not met. If AARK Studio cancels a class due to low enrollment, you will be contacted and given the option to: Transfer your payment to another class or workshop Reschedule for a future date Receive a credit toward a future class Thank you for your understanding and for supporting a small business.
